I really liked the location of the hotel. It is right in the centre of Lisbon and very easy to reach by bus, train or tram. The staff was extremely friendly and accomodating. The room was big enough for me travels alone, the bathroom a bit small (I had to scoot a bit to sit comfortable on the toilet :D). The best part was the bed, which was extremely comfortable, had several blankets and pillows, so that it didnt get too cold in the room. Air conditioning is available and working.

Terrific location(but ++noisy until11pm) with superb staff and generous breakfast. FIX THE ELEVATOR🤬! And restore the ground floor luggage store room: both major unpleasantnesses for older or non-athletic guests. Staff: Raquel, Nidia,Diogo (and the futebol star reception fellow) among others are all assets (and who helped overcome the nightmare of getting luggage upstairs).

David

My room and en-suite was clean, and the house keeping team were regularly changing towels and tidying room. The location is absolutely brilliant (one of the main reasons I booked for the price) I’d definitely recommend to stay here if you want to explore the city and be in a central area. Close to metro, bars/food and walking distance of lots of attractions

Leona

The location was fantastic. The room was comfortable but a tad small. Night staff was pleasant and very helpful. We liked that we could have a cup of tea at night after a long day and bringing home a pastery from a local bakery.

Denis

The location is great, right in the old town close to everything, but the noise level is not noticeable. All restaurants are around, bus stops and the metro is up the road. Definitely worth staying.
